Public Notice Pursuant to Act 163 of the 1993 Legislative Session, the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality gives the following notice: Clean Harbors El Dorado, LLC (AFIN: 70-00098) has submitted an application for a modification to their existing Title V permit under the Department’s Regulation 26 (Title V). This is a hazardous waste disposal facility that is located at 309 American Circle, El Dorado, AR 71730. This application was declared administratively complete on April 18, 2008, and is undergoing technical review by the Air Division for compliance with State and Federal regulations. This facility’s mailing address is: 309 American Circle El Dorado, AR 71730 Citizens wishing to examine the permit application may do so by contacting the Air Permits Branch, ADEQ, 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72118, (501) 682-0744. Interested or affected persons may also submit written comments on the proposal to the Department at the above address - Attention: Air Permits Branch. In addition, any person requesting a hearing must make a written request within ten (10) days of publication of this notice at the same address. Although the Department is not proposing to conduct a public hearing, one will be scheduled if significant comments on the permit application are received and notice will be mailed to all commenters.
