South Arkansas Chapter of the American Red Cross is seeking a Development Director. Major Duties and Responsibilities, Include but are not limited to the following: Manages regional Chapter Annual Fund Raising Plan; with support to chapters in the grouping. Prepares, assembles and manages key fund raising materials to support annual fundraising strategies. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Self starter with demonstrated ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple projects, and independently problem solve in a timely fashion. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to consistently follow through and meet deadlines.
