Dear John, Could you please tell me if the business Higgins Photography still exists in El Dorado or area? My mom had her picture taken in around 1935. To copy it, I must get copyright permission. If it no longer exists, did some other photographer buy rights? Thank you for any help or lead you can give me. Candace
