An 11-year-old Junction City Elementary student was suspended for 10 days after he delivered threats of bodily harm to another student and further threatened to kill his father, according to a Union County Sheriff’s Office report.
Principal Rebekah West advised the responding deputy on Friday that the child came to her office to admit making the threats while on the bus. He stated he did so because the other male student, age unlisted, was staring at him.
A juvenile department officer was notified of the incident.
