Though not a battleground state, Arkansas’ loyalties were made clear today with the release of a Talk Business-Hendrix College poll in which more than half of all participants named Gov. Mitt Romney as the presidential candidate they’d elect.
According to Talk Business, on Sept. 17, 2,228 likely voters were asked the question: “If the election for president were today, who would you support?”
Of those polled, 55.5 percent said they would vote for Romney over 34.5 percent who said they’d elect Barack Obama. The remaining 3 and 7 percent, respectively, were landed in either the Other or Undecided categories.
Additional questions focused on U.S. Sens. John Boozman and Mark Pryor. Boozman was viewed favorable by 39 percent of respondents, unfavorable by 23 percent and 38 percent had no opinion. Pryor, on the other hand, was favorable to 44 percent and unfavorable to 30 percent with 26 percent offering no opinion.
Conservative critics of the GOP ticket want Romney to release the Krakken (Paul Ryan) with specifics coming out of his eyeballs although he??™s fictional and the TPGOP crazyme street gang wants the Hunger Games to begin.
