Voting machines to be tested

Gearing up for the May 22 primary, representatives of Harp Enterprises will begin testing voting machines today at the old Mid-States Pipe building on East Main Street, according to an email from Craig Griffin, commission chairman.

Commissioner Bill Luther was unsure what time testing would begin, but said the process would be spread out over two to three days.

UPDATE A subsequent email from Griffin said due to electrical issues with the building, testing would need to be pushed back a day or two until those can be resolved. Keep at eye to the News-Times for more.
