Keeping in mind the large population of “middle-aged women seeking a romantic relationship with a younger man,” a Utah high school board has voted down on allowing the school’s students to become the Cougars, according to Yahoo! Sports.
The Salt Lake area — where the high school is set to be built — is also the home of the Brigham Young University Cougars, an institution run and attended by members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, or more colloquially, Mormons.
I’m going to venture a guess that there probably aren’t many Cougars in the non-traditional sense there.
This would have been a fantastic satire. Too bad it’s true.
