Searcy W. Harrell Jr., a Camden lawyer, was named Monday as Susan Hickey’s replacement for circuit judgeship of the Fourth Division of the 13th Judicial District after Hickey’s ascension to the federal bench in the Western District of Arkansas.
Harrell, whose term will expire Dec. 31, 2012, was one of 20 appointments Beebe’s office announced, according to Arkansas News.
