Main Street El Dorado Director Mark Givens announced this morning that Sawyer Brown will take the place of Easton Corbin at MusicFest.
Corbin cancelled late last week citing a throat illness leaving MusicFest organizers in the lurch as they scrambled to find a replacement for the Friday night opening slot.
More in tomorrow’s News-Times about Brown’s upcoming performance. In the meantime, let me know what you think:
Looking forward to Sawyer Brown! Loved his stuff and sure he will be great this weekend! Actually would rather see him that Corbin!
I’ve heard they have a great live show. I’m sure they will be good. If you wanna hear some good country music earlier in the day, come check out Cousin Earl @ 1:30pm on the South stage on Saturday!
I was definitely planning on checking out Cousin Earl, KC-Alonzo mentioned that you guys would put on a good show. Looking forward to it!
I don’t know what either one sings, so it doesn’t matter to me. But Tone Loc on the other hand taught me to stay away from that Funky Cold Medina at a early age!!
