Severe thunderstorm heading our way

The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning until 3:15 p.m. for southern Union County, according to reports issued over the scanner.

Nasty weather has been located in Mt. Holly and is moving south/southeast at 5 m.p.h. and will likely hit Cairo and Marysville. The storm is reportedly capable of producing winds up to 60 m.p.h.
