The Arkansas State Board of Apportionment voted this morning 2-1 in approval of the governor’s redistricting maps. No brainer, the yes votes were elicited by Gov. Mike Beebe and Attorney General Dustin McDaniel, while Secretary of State Mark Martin put in his expected no.
