The reporter who first blew the whistle on the News of the World hacking scandal was just found dead in his UK residence, according to various news reports.
Police responded to a welfare call this morning and discovered the body of Sean Hoare, former show business reporter for News of the World. Despite the money and reputations currently on the line, the incident is not being treated with any suspicion at this point, according to The Guardian.
