Roy Frisby, 43, of Mount Holly, was arrested today on three sexual assault charges, one in the first degree for sex with a minor under the age of 14, and two in the third-degree.
He’ll be extradited to Washington County, Ore., — where the charges emanated from — tomorrow when he heads to court for an extradition hearing, according to an investigator with the Union County Sheriff’s Office.
Right now he is being held at the Union County Jail on a $250,000 cash or corporate surety bond.
