Last night the El Dorado City Council gave the final go ahead for Therma-Flite to come into the community by blessing a contract in which the county will donate 16.55 acres of the land, the city will build the building’s shell at approximately $1.6 million and Therma-Flite itself will kick in $2.45 million for tooling over the next three years.
