This was too good to pass up: The Arkansas Department of Health has ordered convenience stores to remove Lazy Cakes from their shelves, calling the sleep-inducing brownies a “public health threat.”
According to Arkansas News, each brownie contains a double serving of melatonin, a dietary supplement used to treat sleeping disorders, and as compared to the .2 or .3 milligram dosage prescribed to those having trouble catching some shuteye, each brownie contains 8 milligrams of melatonin.
Yum.
