An El Dorado fugitive was arrested yesterday on outstanding federal charges in Sioux Falls, S.D.
Michael Beverly, 30, is charged with violating his supervised release after spending time in prison for drug conspiracy conviction involving manufacturing, delivering and possessing a controlled substance, as well as fleeing police custody.
According to ksfy.com, deputy U.S. marshals learned that Beverly was living in an apartment in Sioux Falls and he was arrested at that location without incident.
He is currently being held in the Minnehaha County Jail until his first appearance in U.S. District Court.

Do like California, don’t extradite from outside your borders, that way they all go to other states to deal with.
