Being the Arkansas Lottery Commissioner has deemed to be too much for Joe White as he announced his resignation on Thursday in a letter to Arkansas House Speaker, Robert Moore.
According to Greenwich Time, the commissioner told the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette there had been “disagreements” and “felt the lottery would be better served… to let someone else take that seat.”
White also said he was now considering the idea of applying for a lottery retailer license for a store in which he is a parter.
