The subject of much speculation (yes, including me) Mike Huckabee has been busy the last few days dodging a number of rumors concerning his potential 2012 run.

Trying to do damage control, Hogan Gidley, Executive Director of HuckPAC, says the Huckster is still considering a run, but won’t solidly decide until this summer.
“National polling consistently shows Governor Huckabee is the frontrunner – so we expect a certain amount of unfounded speculation, odd rumors, and sadly, the occasional lie lobbed our way. But the Governor himself has been quite clear on this matter. He has truthfully and repeatedly stated that he is seriously considering a run for President but he won’t make that decision until this summer – and that has not changed.”
To be honest, I actually feel a little bad for the man, he can’t sneeze without garnering some media attention, let alone try to quietly either disband or put together a base of support.
