My guess would be a resounding yes.

With the help of Dave’s Redistricting you can attempt to solve the initiative that have right and left Arkansas legislators all over the map (pun intended). Complete with 2010 Census data, the software allows its users to draw lines much the same way our statesmen have been doing. And let’s be honest, an ADD kid with colored pencils and markers could do better than “Fayetteville to the Fourth.”
