Unable to agree on singular congressional redistricting map by the self-imposed April 1 deadline to recess, the Arkansas Legislature will reconvene Monday — the Senate at 1 p.m. and the House at 1:30 p.m.
The sole topic of discussion is to be the congressional redistricting which could wait until later, but the resulting legislative headaches might not be worth the added time.
