Cattlemen’s group sues EPA

The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association has joined with other groups to form the Coalition for Responsible Regulation to file a lawsuit that would restrict the EPA from enforcing its January regulations which requires permitting for any factory emitting over 75,000 tons of greenhouse gases per year.

The Delta Farm Press has more.
