Challenges of driving through snow and ice in El Dorado are nothing compared with northern Arkansas where reports from some areas are listing around two feet of the white stuff.
A video posted Mike Cooney of the Arkansas Times shows bumper cars and a number of “Oh s***” moments for drivers trying to make their way around North Little Rock.
