A Lee County judge declared a mistrial in the rape case against Curtis Vance when jurors discovered they couldn’t reach a conclusion as to his guilt or innocence.
Vance, who has already been convicted in the capital murder of Little Rock television news anchorwoman Anne Pressly, was on trial for a subsequent rape charge when police discovered DNA swabbed from the alleged victim matched Vance.
