Razorbacks could gain UC player

The Razorbacks could gain some muscle in the upcoming season in the form of Union County, Fla., defensive lineman Lonnie Gosha, who verbally committed to Arkansas yesterday.

However, before celebrations can take place, keep in mind that Gosha had previously committed himself to Florida State and backed out less than 24 hours later, according to The Gainesville Sun.

But, skepticism aside, if he sticks with his commitment to Arkansas, the team could be getting a good deal. Rivals.com describes Gosha, set to graduate in 2011, as a 6′ 2″, 270-pound “thick powerbase” who needs to work on upper body strength but has the lower body muscle to stay anchored while the ball is in front of him.
