Mark Zuckerberg, 26, became the second youngest person to earn the title of “Time Magazine Person of the Year” with the announcement this morning, joining ranks with innovators such as Charles Lindbergh (1927 winner and the youngest ever to be named so at 25), Franklin Roosevelt (1932, 1934 and 1941 winner), Barack Obama (2008), and many more.
He beat out 24 other nominees, including Julian Assange, Steve Jobs and Sarah Palin, for the accolade.
