As of 11 p.m. Tuesday, Hash had garnered 1,871 votes, and Lewis 2,114 votes, 40.99 percent and 46.31 percent, respectively. In order to win outright a candidate must receive 50 percent plus one vote.
If the race comes down to another run-off, it will be held Nov. 23 with early voting starting Nov. 15.
