I couldn’t resist posting this item from the El Dorado Police reports:
Last Friday at 5:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to the Wal-Mart Supercenter after employees reported that a white male — naked and covered in mud — was on the property. The report doesn’t specify whether the man had been inside the store.
A short time after being arrested and released on this incident, the man was apprehended again, only this time near a woman’s home sitting in a creek bed.
The woman said that she heard someone beating on her door at approximately 1 p.m. Saturday, and told police that the man began throwing rocks at her home. He then began threatening her and refused to leave the property.
The report doesn’t note whether or not the man was nude during the harassment episode. One can only hope he wasn’t.
**UPDATE** The man was arrested after the second incident as well and has since bonded out of jail.
So what was done about the problem?
As hot as it has been, I’d cover myself in mud too to keep cool.
