Go ahead, try to find directions to or from El Dorado, Ark., on Google Maps. At least on my computer, it directs me to Argentina, or just flat out says there is no such place as El Dorado, Ark.
This could be a problem for folks wanting to map their routes here. I know there are other map finders, but lots of people use Google.

You can also use the zip code to find directions. “1234 Anywhere St, 71730″
That’s because all states have 2 letter abbreviations. I think that started when I was in elementary school, maybe in 1963. Where have you been???
