I mulled it over for a couple of days… . This is just too rich not to post, in case someone missed it.

This vice presidential debate spoof from the most recent episode of Saturday Night Live is probably one of the best skits in the show’s history. Tina Fey nails it. Again.

MusicFest roundup

Saturday night at MusicFest, Shooter Jennings, backed by his bassist Ted Russell Kamp, who also plays with Charie Daniels, rocked the house. For those of you who couldn’t be there, here are a few images by Larry Singer.

I will say this: While the overall crowd and festival seemed a little stodgy, Shooter Jennings put on a helluva show. He sings with great intensity and emotion.
