Maybe Walmart can get by with it's current DC coverage areas, but I would think, with the cost of fuel these days, it might not be a bad idea for Walmart to still pursue a DC here anyway. Also, it was sort of a sticky situation to acquire the 300 acres. Family trusts, cranky landowners, etc. all played a part in delaying the sale of the land.
