I’m working on getting the numbers from the city to show you how much money has actually been spent, and where it’s going.

**UPDATE** The above PDF document is the proposed budget, not the one approved by city leaders. I will hopefully have a copy of the approved budget very soon to post. I’m not sure that they differ all that much.

Thanks, John. I appreciate your efforts to obtain this info.
If I may harken back to the issue regarding the city council approving the EDForward CBS funding request (the golf ball business)… my questions to the city council would be:
1. How much time do you spend reviewing budget requests from the police department?
2. The fire department?
3. Streets and sanitation department?
4. And how much time was spent reviewing the request to fork over a half-million to CBS?
The answers to all four questions SHOULD be ‘lots’, but I have a sneaking suspicion that that is not the case for #4.
