		<description>Same thing here in Texarkana.  Lots of Arkansas folks will purchase a ticket while in stores across State Line Avenue, but all of the proceeds go to Austin to educate their children.</description>

Why not?  On "lottery day" in Junction City, La there's a line 1/8 mile long waiting to buy tickets.  I can safely say that 90% of the folks are from Arkansas, outside of Junction City.</description>
