Former college professor nearly strangled at NYC ‘entertainment’ parlor

The dog collar around Robert Benjamin’s neck tightened severely over the course of the night, and the leather mask stretched over his face obscured his view — not that there was much to see in the darkened room filled with torture devices.
The 67-year-old nearly died last week at a dominatrix club on E. 33rd St., in New York City after an overzealous “entertainer” went a bit too far.
Benjamin, who recently retired as a professor at Montreal’s Vanier College, told the New York Post today that he’s deeply ashamed and is finally through with the double life he’s lived since he was kid.
