Dr. James Dobson, known for his evangelical role in the conservative right, has announced that he will support former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee in his bid to become the next president of the United States, according to the Associated Press.
Many have counted Huckabee out, but he outlasted Mitt Romney, who announced Thursday that he was bowing out of the race. It will definitely be interesting to see how well Huckabee can stand against frontrunner John McCain, the Arizona senator who has built his campaign on the strength of the surge in Iraq, as well as his unfaltering support of our nation’s military.
